In Designer, you should have the variants for your Logo already done. What Designer can help you with is by exporting them to different File Formats at the same time. As an example:

In the Export Persona, you will have all of these Slices made automatically, with the PNG Format for export by default.
Then, you can add more File Formats:
And you can Copy and Paste the Formats from the first Slice and paste them in the next Slices so you don't have to add all of them individually.
Also, you can edit the Export Options for the selected Format and save those for future exports. Also, you can save this group of Export formats to apply them later.

@tersmuse I asked a similar question on FB recently ("how to gift licenses") and the answer is to contact the Affinity Sales team (affinity@serif.com) to purchase a redemption code that they can use to create their own store account for redemption.
This is not a real outline, it's just a line width. A real outline works like the Offset Path in Illustrator. Especially for logo design, you have a lot more possibilities if you have an additional shape.
