Image is 4 pixels, histogram shows image has 12 pixels pure white. Seems it triples pixels

0.2 * 255 = 51. RGB = 51, 51, 51 or HSV = 0,0,0.2 Edit: leave H and S untouched.

Is it possible to make live filters window also remember its location, the same way than adjustments and layer effects windows. Pretty annoying with 2 monitors, changing back from adjustments to live filters brings live filters window to monitor 1, on the top of image.
