Hi @BAndy, Welcome to the Affinity forum. There isn't really a specific answer to this other than it being the route we decided to take. If you look across the software industry there are many developers sat on either side of the fence. Since 1987 our apps have always been a perpetual licence, offering users the option to only need to pay for what they need, and you aren't being forced to purchase a dual licence they only (for example) have a Mac. If we were to have offered a dual licence, we would have only doubled the price anyway because we think they are excellent value for money. Which takes us to the question of a discount. Unfortunately, we do not offer a discount for additional purchases for the same reason we gave above but we do have promotions from time-to-time, and they are well worth hanging on for if you're looking to save a little from the regular price.

Hi @matija, Welcome to the Affinity forum. VAT is applied at the checkout for all countries where applicable at the percentage rate of the country that the purchaser is located. If you are looking to pay with an EU VAT number, please contact the team over at affinity@serif.com and they'll be happy to help.

Hi @fabiosilva, Welcome to the Affinity forum! You would need to purchase a Windows and Mac licence separately. Should you wish to purchase with a VAT number, please contact affinity@serif.com and the team will be able to arrange this for you. They will require your VAT number and your billing address to get the ball rolling. -

Hi @Pandora Black, Welcome to the Affinity forum. Our apps are only available as digital downloads, but there is nothing to prevent you from backing up the setup file after download to a DVD or other physical storage device. We do not have any current plans for a 3D printing tool, sorry. -

Hi @DanialDamirchi, The Affinity apps allow for the use of Apple's Family Sharing feature so if you have access to the old Apple ID, you should be able to set it up so that you new Apple ID can be set as a family member and use the app. Unfortunately if you do not have access to the old Apple ID then it would require a new purchase, unless Apple themselves are able to assist in any way.

Hi Sean, Welcome to the Affinity forum. To login to your account, please head to the Affinity website and enter your email address along with your password within the relevant fields, and then click Sign In. Once you’re in your Affinity Account, please select your name in the top right-hand corner of the page. This should supply you with six options, one of which is Downloads & Product Keys - Select that option. On this page, you will see a list of your orders along with a Download Purchase button associated with each. Click the button next to the relevant order to start the download.
