  4. Hi @kafkatamura, It sounds like the issue you are experiencing, is whilst trying to order the incorrect software. It is not possible to purchase our iPad apps from the Affinity Store, they are sold exclusively by Apple through the App Store. Using your iPad, search the App Store for Affinity Designer where you should be able to purchase it there without an issues.
  5. Hi @Paquan, welcome to the Affinity forum. It appears from our records that you purchased Affinity Designer through the App Store and not through our own website. As your Affinity Designer purchase was made through the Mac App Store it is tied to your Apple ID, and will also not require a Product Key. If you need to install it again, run the Mac App Store ensuring that you are signed in with the same account/credentials used to complete the purchase and the button which usually says "Buy" should instead say "Install", click on it to begin the installation of the program.

  8. Hi @richinri, Our workbooks are not version dependant. We enlisted the help of professional Affinity users who take the reader through projects they have created. The projects can be followed irrespective of which version of our apps you may be using.

  10. Hi @SteadmanWinkle, welcome to the Affinity forum Our Mac and Windows licences are each sold separately, and it would not be possible to exchange the Windows version to a Mac version after purchase.
  11. HI @5S_HairFactory, welcome to the Affinity forum. All future v1.x updates are free after purchase. At some time in the future a second version of the apps will be announced and then launched, at which point you can choose to either purchase v2.0 of the apps, or continue using the version 1.
  12. Hi @Freek, The Affinity store should default to the same currency of that of your location. If you are not seeing the same currency for you location, it is most likely either that you are using a VPN or a browser plugin is throwing the location off. Is this only happening on one device, or is it happening on all devices that you access our website from? Assuming that it is only one device as I've never known it not be, then it will be some setting on that specific device and not something we have any control over.
  13. We have been unable to replicate the issue you have reported and there have been successful orders placed through our site since you contacted us. As required in Europe, our payment portal uses 3D Secure for all transactions, this is not the case in all other regions so it may be that your card cannot purchase through portals that use 3D Secure, or your bank is not yet setup to accept payments that use 3D Secure. As this is not something we have any control over, you will need to discuss this with your bank. If you have purchased using a 3D Secure payment portal in the past and you know that it is not the above that is affecting the order, please ensure that your web browser and anti-virus software is up to date, also check that there aren't any browser plugins that may be preventing the security window appearing or try a different browser entirely. Finally check that your firewall is not blocking any part of the payment process. If that still does not work, please contact affinity@serif.com and we can look at other options to help you place the order successfully.

You can create a VAT receipt for any order on your account; https://affinity.store/account/orders/ On your account homepage, click “Order history” and locate the order you wish to generate a VAT receipt for. Click “View VAT Receipt” and enter your details, click “Create VAT receipt” and a PDF VAT receipt will be generated.
  15. Hi @just_tucano, welcome to the Affinity forum. Our trials do not require you to enter a product key. As you are trying to access the trial itself, please use the "Start my trial" option, and not the Product Key option.

  17. Hi @Vmk, I wouldn't worry too much, it's showing at our end as registered (as you can see below) and registration is not compulsory. If you check your order history you will see that there is a record of your Affinity Photo purchase there, and all of the free content for Photo is also shown in your account. I suspect the reason that it is not showing for your is that as you can see below, the "Last sign in" date is shown for Designer and Publisher, but it appears that you have not signed in directly through Photo just yet.

Whilst you have registered the apps to your Affinity Store account, the purchases themselves were made through the Microsoft Store (see image below). As the purchase was made through the Microsoft Store it is tied to you Microsoft Store account/ID, and will also not require a Product Key. If you need to install it again, run the Microsoft Store ensuring that you are signed in with the same account/credentials used to complete the purchase and the button which usually says "Buy" should instead say "Install", click on it to begin the installation of the program.

Our iPad apps do not require a licence key as they are linked to the purchasing Apple ID and verified through the App Store, as such we are not entirely sure what you may be referring to. Could you please contact affinity@serif.com with further details of what you have been given so that we can look in to this and advise further?
