  1. @WillRoss Welcome to the forums. For information on educational packages, please email edusales@serif.com. Our educational team will be happy to discuss this with you.
  2. @Rsc Welcome to the forums. Here's an article that will help you trouble shoot any activation issues. If you still need help with this, please email affinity@serif.com https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/182419-troubleshooting-affinity-v2-licence-activation-issues/
  3. @Armelline You can sign up for our thirty day free trial here. https://store.serif.com/get/universal-licence-2/trial/
  4. @elepedus Welcome to the forums. Here's a link to an article talking you through license activation https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/learn/affinity-licensing-registration-and-activation-guide-ipad-app-store/ If there are any steps you are not able to complete or if you see any error messages, please email affinity@serif.com and we can look into this for you.
  5. @monzo You would need to order from us to get the upgrade discount, you just need to have bought or registered one V1 app with us to be eligible. You can find out more here. https://affinity.serif.com/store/upgrade-offer/ V2 is installed completely separately from V1 so you are free to uninstall your V1 software.
  6. @AdrianConquest Welcome to the forums. If you sign into your Affinity Store account here you can access trials of all three programs on Windows and Mac from the 'downloads and product keys' section of your account. If you want to try the iPad versions too, the trial versions are available exclusively from the App Store.
  7. @johnnyo We don't have any discounts planned in the near future, but if you keep an eye on our social media pages, we would keep you updated on any news when we do have it. If you receive our emails, we would also let you know there of any future offers.
  8. @alg If you can email affinity@serif.com we can look into this further for you. Please reference this forum post in your email.
  9. @Xarlie Welcome to the forums. I have searched our store for the email address linked to your forum account and see that your payments failed. When this happens you may see a pending transaction on your account for a few days. This should drop back into your account once your bank realises we cannot collect the payment. This is most likely due to an error in the way your browser is handling the 3d secure check that is now mandatory for all EU online orders. Here's a link to an article on our forum covering failed payments. It gives advice on various measures you can take to avoid this happening again in the future. Can I also suggest making sure you have cookies enabled for our site and that your browser is up to date, or trying again with a different browser. https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/153756-payment-failed-to-process-and-its-taken-my-money-what-can-i-do/ If you have any questions, please email affinityorders@serif.com
  10. @alg Here's a link to a post covering common issues when activating the apps. As Walt hinted at, the issue may be linked to a mix of MSIX and MSI files on your machine. In which case, you could try deleting all files related to the apps and then reinstalling with just one file type.
  11. @Lithos Welcome to the forums. Yes, family sharing is covered under our license however due to how the three programs interact on the Apple Store it would not be possible for other users to sign into our apps with different email addresses. They would therefore need to use the app under the same account that the software is registered to. The Mac license would allow you to install the software on as many Macs as you control, so both you and your son can use the app at the same time (as long as your son isn't using the app commercially).
  12. @KJBeilman Welcome to the forums. Here's a link to an article talking you through license activation https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/learn/affinity-licensing-registration-and-activation-guide-mac-app-store/ If there are any steps you are not able to complete or if you see any error messages at any stage, please email affinity@serif.com and we can look into this for you.
  13. If you buy the Universal license, you would get all three programs for all three operating systems. If you buy the individual apps, you would buy a single app for a single OS (Windows, Mac, or iPad).
  14. @EowynCarter The iPad trials can be downloaded exclusively from Apple. You don't need need to sign into them in the same way that you do with desktop trials from our site, just click on the prompt to start the trial.
  15. @kahill1918 Welcome to the forums. The 3d secure check is carried out by your bank rather than by us. They usually have a choice of different verification methods including text, and email. Please contact your bank for more information.
  16. @Tony Jennette Welcome to the forums. As Walt says, there's no subscription for our software. It's bought for a one off payment. Also, you don't have an Affinity Store account under the email you used to set up this forum account. It sounds like you may be in touch with the wrong company.
  17. If you bought from us, your license allows you to install on as many machines as you personally control. Other family members can use the software on your devices as long as it is for their personal use. In both cases the same is true, other family members can use the software, but they will need to sign in via the Affinity Store account that was used to buy the app.
  18. @Guy Beckett Welcome to the forum. Family sharing is covered under our license however due to how the three programs interact on the Apple Store it would not be possible for other users to sign into our apps with different email addresses. They would therefore need to use the app under the same account that the software is registered to.
  19. @GDCo The V1 software is permanently linked to the email address that is used when you buy it. This can not be changed I'm afraid.
  20. @Wayne Crofford You would need to buy a separate Windows version to install on Windows or a Mac version to install on the Mac. Each version is purchased independently and each has its own licenses. The same is true for the iPad apps. You can install the Windows version on as many PCs as you personally control. Likewise the Mac version can be installed on as many Macs as you control. The same is again true for the iPad apps. We also offer a universal license. This allows you to buy all three programs for all three operating systems. You can find our more here. https://affinity.serif.com/
  21. @Sandy Swanton Welcome to the forums. It would not be possible to buy a Universal license in stages I'm afraid.
  22. @DaneB Please see the post here by Dan C for advice on what to do if the app isn't seeing your App Store order.
  23. @Solitude Bienvenido a los foros. Si puede enviar un correo electrónico a affinityorders@serif.com, podemos investigarlo por usted.
  24. @René Roessingh Welcome to the forums. The iPad versions are sold exclusively by Apple. If you're having problems ordering, please contact Apple for assistance.
  25. @anthony hogan Here's a link to an article talking you through license activation https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/learn/affinity-licensing-registration-and-activation-guide-mac-app-store/
