Registration and "My Account" login
SFurniss replied to Michael Lloyd's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@Michael Lloyd The software itself is permanently linked to the email that is used when you order it. This can never be changed. You can however register it to different accounts. If you log into your personal Affinity account to register the app, it will appear as registered in that account. However, once you sign out of the My Account option within the app, the app will be unregistered from that account and no longer appear. -
This transaction requires 3D Security
SFurniss replied to AdriaanS's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@AdriaanS If you can email affinity@serif.com we can look into this for you. -
@billbyrnes There is no need to deactivate your software. While you would need to buy a separate Windows version to install on Windows or a Mac version to install on the Mac, you can install the Windows version on as many PCs as you personally control. Likewise the Mac version can be installed on as many Macs as you control.

@Sergo1111 This is a very old Legacy program. Unfortunately we would no longer support software of this age.

@Mikeeasy84 You would only have a product key if you bought directly from us. If you bought from either Apple or Microsoft you would install via their respective store so you would not need a key. Assuming you bought from us and can't find your order, please email affinity@serif.com so we can look into this for you.

Invoice needed for affinity photo
SFurniss replied to PucciFX's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@PucciFX You can create a VAT receipt for any order on your account on https://affinity.store/account/orders/ On your account homepage, click “Order history” and locate the order you wish to generate a VAT receipt for. Click “View VAT Receipt” and enter your details, click “Create VAT receipt” and a PDF VAT receipt will be generated. -
@Ulvavild You need to buy a separate Windows version to install on Windows or a Mac version to install on the Mac. Each version is purchased independently and each has its own licenses. You can install the Windows version on as many PCs as you personally control. Likewise the Mac version can be installed on as many Macs as you control.

i want to ask about purchase
SFurniss replied to almanshuroh's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@almanshuroh The software would be yours for as long as you wish to use it and updates will be free until we get to version 2.0. At that point you can choose either to keep using it as is or pay to receive more updates. At the moment 2.0 is still some time off. We will know more about the exact upgrade terms much closer to the time when it is launched. -
@Droflas Our trials are full featured but limited to ten days. You need to buy a separate Windows version to install on Windows or a Mac version to install on the Mac. Each version is purchased independently and each has its own licenses. You can install the Windows version on as many PCs as you personally control. Likewise the Mac version can be installed on as many Macs as you control.

is my Affinity Store account Deleted?
SFurniss replied to AfdolGravt's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@AfdolGravt If you bought the software from Apple or Microsoft you may not have an account with us. You would only necessarily have an Affinity Store account if you had bought the software directly from us. Assuming you bought the software directly from us, please email affinity@serif.com so we can look into this for you. -

Best place to purchase?
SFurniss replied to pauljm001's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@pauljm001 Apart from the installation/update method and the fact that the Apple version is sandboxed, the two versions are basically the same -
@Mul You need to buy a separate Windows version to install on Windows or a Mac version to install on the Mac. Each version is purchased independently and each has its own licenses. The same is true for the iPad versions You can install the Windows version on as many PCs as you personally control. Likewise the Mac version can be installed on as many Macs as you control. Again, this also applies to the iOS versions.
