upvote this. not having hyphens is really slowing me down. -
Since the digital industry is moving away from sRGB to a wider HDR style color profile, it would be nice to have some sort of color boundary line on the color wheel selector tool to let us know what colors are inside/outside of the sRGB color spectrum when using a HDR color profile. This might be good for CMYK as well. Perhaps use an actual color profile as a color selector option...

In document presets you have a WEB type that has VIDEO resolutions mixed in. It would be great to have a VIDEO preset that not only does video resolutions but also the correct colorspace for that resolution... SD 720x480 rec601 720 1280x720 rec709 1080 1920x1080 rec709 2K 2560x1440 rec709 2K HDR 2560x1440 rec2020 4K 3840x2160 rec709 4K HDR 3840x2160 rec2020 6K ... 8K ...

I imported a AI file a co-worker gave m into Affinity Designer so I could export it as multiple PDF files since Affinity Designer is incredible with exporting multiple art boards. But when I imported the file, the art boards were labeled as Page 1, Page 2, etc. I had to rename all the art boards before exporting. If possible, could the original art board names on the AI file be used?

How's this coming along? I really need Neat Image to work. UPDATE: Never mind. I did a reinstall of Neat Image v8 and restated AP. It's working fine now.

It's set up as CMYK / SWOPv2. The Gradient Map Filter is applied over embedded RGB photos. I then export it as a CMYK / SWOPv2 PDF with everything rasterized. When export it Gradient Map filter colors change and become very saturated.

I have an issue when using Gradient Map in CMYK mode. When I export the PDF it seems to convert the Gradient Map to RGB or something making the colors way too bright.

No HSL can only saturate/desaturate hues. I'm looking at something like this mock up.... or perhaps adding to the current HSL adjustments to include highlights, mid, shadows...

In both Designer and Photo. What I'm saying is you can desaturate colors in the shadows, highlights, or midrange. Right now the HSL is the only Saturation adustment we have and it does it over the entire image.

I know you have HSL filter but it would be nice to have a dedicated saturation filter that can adjust the saturation levels of the high / mid / low areas. Just like Final Cut Pro X does. I typically like to desaturate the high and lows of an image.

I think this might be my same issue I'm having. In Designer 1.4 I could copy and paste in place like a champ, but since I upgraded to 1.5 it seems paste in place seems spotty. Sometimes it pastes in place and sometimes it's elsewhere.

Not running beta software yet. Also, sounds like a good plan. Once 1.5 comes out, I need to keep that workflow in mind. But still find/replace would be nice to have in Designer. I'm dying to use Publisher when it comes out but it would slow things down for me if I have to switch just to do find/replace. -

Yeah this needs to be bumped up. i just drew about 60 floorplans for a home builder and they decided they wanted to change the phrase "Unfinished room" to "Optional Room". I now have to manually change each one. -
multi Link instead of embedding image

Please add the linking feature very soon. I've been a Adobe user for 25 years and I now use Affinity Photo and Designer as my primary graphics tools. The one big thing that is killing my workflow is the lack of linking external files. -
It would be great if you guys had a way of importing sets of LUTS and managing LUT files just like you do brushes and colors. Right now when I load a LUT I have to search my Hard drive for my LUT folder which can take a fair amount of time. It would be great if I can scroll through LUTS like I scroll through transparency settings to find the right style LUT I'm looking for. Keep up the awesome work guys!

Dear God please! Lightroom is a fluster cluck and Photos is so weak. Please build Affinity Aperture or Affinity Album or what ever it will be called. I'm dying here.
