Thanks for that, it crashes on my end and looks similar to a couple of files we've seen recently with the same issue.

A free tool which affords this (after a fashion) is Inkscape.
Import into it, export as .pdf, then open in the application of your choice.

No, if they are based on images/raster textures (nozzle).
For example the Textured and Image categories use them (you can easily see this if you zoom in a little).
