  1. Has the 2.0.3 update resolved your issues ? we have made some fixes in this area
  2. Could you upload the project here please.
  3. @Rollo the Wikingcan you create a new thread with that issue please. If its on ventura it might be related to the font being used for the bullet. Some fonts in ventura have been hidden and can cause problems
  4. @big smileIf you can hone it down to a couple of files in the same folder we will of course look into it. For me I cant recreate the problem from the previous sample
  5. Make sure graphics drivers are up to date Turn off Hardware acceleration - does the problem still occur ?
  6. The negative values can cause the crash - we have this logged and hopefully fixed soon
  7. the trouble is I need all your files and unless they are all in one or two folders that can be easily zipped up its difficult to replicate the problems. Packaging the file forces a relink anyway which often resolves the issue we are trying to investigate
  8. Looking at the file for me it appears as a missing remote file - I would recommend relinking those files not sure if the remote link was intentional as it would appear be a document stored on your machine
  9. if you close some of the other open windows does the develop work?
  10. I get permission denied message for a logo file (Bluepoplogo.png) first then the resources missing message. I selected authorise on the first and no to the second and the file loaded for me.
  11. In preferences performance try disabling Hardware acceleration. Also check that your graphics drivers are up to date. If neither of those work is the problem with any file or just a particular one?
  12. Can you try creating a new user account and seeing if you get the crashes using that account - also could you upload another copy of a crashing file to the same account as the recent hang files please
  13. Having replaced the Map PNG's with the afdesign files and assuming I've done it all correctly I'm seeing export times of 10-15 minutes. Overly long export times may be due to the print companies computer struggling for some reason. Typically this can be due to excessive memory paging or some sort of software thread lock delaying things. For ref my PC 12 16GB Ram, SSD harddisc, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz. The map afdesign file is certainly a large one so converting to png is the way to go. Maybe we could come up with some way of giving a preflight hint that certain linked files would be better converted
  14. Couple of things to try 1) Make sure all graphics drivers are up to date 2) Try running for a while with AVG disabled
  15. can you run winver and send a screenshot please Another option is it uninstall any .net versions, Reinstall the latest v4.8 and after a reboot try running Photo again
  16. Can you confirm the version of windows you are using - the logs imply Windows 8 ?
  17. It might be worth looking into your .Net installation Firstly try running this tool from microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30135
  18. Just to recap the application starts normally but not using Open With ? What is the exact path to the file you are trying to open ?
  19. depends on what is happening to the PNGs - are they being converted to CMYK are left in RGB ? if you add a couple of PDF's AFDESIGN vs PNG I can have a quick look
