  1. interestingly the log.txt file does not list the Nvidia card - try disabling that in device manager.
  2. @spidermurph - can you send us the log.txt file which can be found in you user .Affinity folder (e.g. C:\Users\<auser>\.affinity\Photo\2.0 ) and another copy of the event log now that the monitor issue looks resolved. V1 and V2 use quite different methods of using graphics adapters especially regarding OpenCL
  3. @demonweasel that report would tend to suggest a font issue - you could look into resetting the font cache they may also be an issue with duplicate fonts (which can be tricky to track down unless you use a font manager). Also try booting into safe mode and see if the apps run up then
  4. Just tried that on my PC - and thats working fine. The VGA Compatible video controller may be the underlying problem. It could be the on-board graphics. Maybe sourcing a video driver from Lenovo is the way forward
  5. could be worth checking Device Manager and its monitor section. it should list the built in monitor without any warnings
  6. do you set the monitor device profile to anything unusual ? - if so try setting it to a generic sRGB profile
  7. that would imply some sort of problem with a colour profile which I wouldn't expect on a clean install of windows
  8. do you have an windows event log of a failed run up attempt we can investigate.
  9. Is the PDF being generated using font sub-setting ?, disabling that may make a difference
  10. @Euan the crash seems related to artboards. Has the source file changed in that respect since it was placed in the document ? maybe an artboard has been deleted. To investigate further we'd the file and the linked file to investigate
  11. is it too big to go through each record in preview mode and see if its a particular entry causing the problem ?
  12. seems to be crashing when redrawing the fields panel - if you hide that panel before the merge does that stop the crash ?
  13. I'm not seeing the big bounding box any chance of a sample file (saved with history) ? If you havent rotated the object then I think we dont create a 'selection box' that is logged in a report though
  14. @Hangman It may be better to change the order we cycle through. With this feature we also have another state after you have set a bounding box (base, regular and selection)
  15. The setting of the selection box is non destructive so yes you can undo all previous operations
  16. In libre office - Select all, then unselect the columns you want to keep. Then delete the columns you dont need (sheet, delete columns)
