Hi,
i'm on osx 10.11 and work with Photo and Designer. I want to view pdf in osx preview for reading or viewing, so pdf for me with double click should open in preview. After restart or opening affinity designer the default switches to open pdf's in Affinity Designer again. It doesn't help to assign the default in finder info. So is it possible to go back to preview?

I am very frustrated and maybe you can help.
I bought both Affinity Photo(1.5.2) and Affinity Designer (1.5.5) from the Apple Store several years ago. When my old Mac Book Pro needed some expensive fixing, I junked it, bought a new one and ported both your applications to the new MacBook Pro. The problem is that there are updates to both apps. and I cannot get the updates through the Apple Store. Am I just out of luck?? Love both the apps.

I'm in a real pickle and I'm not sure who to ask for help.
Back in 2016 I used a now discontinued program called Serif Web Plus 8.
Computer crashed but managed to save some files including the install program for WPv8. Problem is that I no longer have the product key. When I went to log into my old "Serif" members account to retrieve the key I found out that account no longer exists. Any help or assistance in finding help would be greatly appreciated. -
Just updated to 1.6.7 and now Affinity will NOT align images when I attempt to focus stack. Old program (1.6.1) had no problems with doing so. Anyone else having this problem? -Andrew-

I'm using Affinity Designer on Windows10 and bought a new PC.
To continue using AD do I need to buy it again for the new PC or can I transfer somehow the program rights to my new PC?

Back in the middle of 2017, I think it was 8th of May I purchased the Affinity Photo app. I really loved it. Problem is this last week the hard drive on my MacBook Pro pood itself and
I lost the contents of the drive.
Can you resend me the download again. My details re proof of purchase should
be in your account files. From memory I paid 50 pounds, the NZD price being $74.99

I have since changed my email and phone number.
I am unable to update as Affinity sends control numbers to my old phone number.

Hello Adam,
I wanted to ask if if would be possible to add a preview like I have it in some other programs. This very usefull.
Lightroom has it, ACDSee as well. When I open a folder and there are a lot of RAW, I can not choose because there is no preview. Do you think AP would include this very important feature? I think for a photographer with a lot of pictures it would be great. Otherwise we are forced to use another programm just for selecting and previewing pictures.
