Garry try to make the fill/pixel or rectangle or the mask layer (rectangle) invisible in the stack and see what affects what. As you can see there's only one raster image layer below the group that does get affected by the adjustments in the group. I have set the blendmode of the group to contrast negate to make it stand out more. If you set this to overlay or softlight it will show the recolor adjustment as it is. I intentionally displaced the fill/pixel and rectangles to make it show the difference of the adjustment to these layers since they have different colors also. This just to show what can be done.

Maar als je niet afhankelijk wilt blijven van een abonnement bij Adobe zou ik toch overwegen het te gaan zoeken in opensource lettertypes(zoals google fonts) Dit zorgt dat je, als echte Nederlander, op de kosten kunt letten en toch dat kunt doen wat je wilt. Want ik weet niet in hoeverre je gebruik kunt maken van de fonts als je het abonnement opzegt bij Adobe en geen toegang meer hebt tot deze bestanden. Maar uiteindelijk is het aan jou deze beslissing te nemen.

Well it also can be vectors to be opened from clipboard but it sure should be the same on all 3 personas. It is unintuitive to first select another persona to use that function although intended/designed as such. But then again the open raster files wasn't also present in the publisher persona until recently so perhaps Serif would reconsider this inconsistency.

I had no problems opening your files but like @NotMyFault said there are multiple formats which nowadays use the jpeg extension but may be a different file under the hood. I tend to use xnviewmp to watch the files and use it's batch converter to convert it to another format.

I know, from a previous post I think you made. But I thought it was quicker this way to have Garry open the file instead of recreating it in 2.4.😜

It seems you can open 2.5 beta files in release version 2.4,just tested and it does.

I was referring to the version at myfonts which only contains the regular style and is restricted to personal use only. The creative cloud version is already paid for with your subscription and may probably not be used when you end the subscription with adobe.

Change the blendmode to anything but normal or passthrough and the adjustments will get through to the objects below the group.

Soms worden er alleen een bepaald gewicht/stijl van een lettertype vrijgegeven om je lekker te maken om de complete familie aan te schaffen. Voorheen waren niet alle adobe fonts verkrijgbaar via the creative cloud en zijn dus gewoon te vinden. En deze ,alleen de normale stijl, van Arno pro is alleen voor persoonlijk gebruik dus je kunt het niet gebruiken voor publicaties. Waarschijnlijk kun je geen scheef of vet gebruiken met dit lettertype dus erg beperkt in het gebruik voor een boek lijkt mij. Zou toch echt een google font (familie)zoeken omdat deze geen beperkingen heeft.

Only Arend can tell what he did that made the google fonts show the Arno pro font. But it sure isn't a google font or to be found on the site.

I think @AvdB-Netherlands thought I suggested to google fonts (verb) instead of going to the actual site. Ik denk dat @AvdB-Netherlands dacht dat ik voorstelde om lettertypen te googelen (werkwoord) in plaats van naar de eigenlijke google fonts site te gaan.

Arend, Als je niet meer afhankelijk wilt zijn van adobe, op welke manier dan ook, zou ik gaan zoeken naar een alternatief. Oftewel ga bij google fonts(vrij voor zowel persoonlijk als commercieel gebruik of bekijk de licentie voor de zekerheid) kijken of er een vergelijkbaar lettertype is en gebruik deze in vervolg voor je publicaties. Dan kun je deze hele toestand met dit lettertype achter je laten.

Also Ctrl+runup may do the trick without a designated option for toolbars. Just try it, close the app and restart pc.

It is just to be added through the customize tools option in the regular menu. Drag the tool to the panel and/or use the reset button.

Usually I ctrl+runup and restart pc, in this instance I actually did not and it worked out of the box after adding it to the tools panel.
