    Hi waltl,
You have activated Separated Mode (menu Window ▸ Separated Mode) where all panels, document windows and toolbars become freely drag-able/detached from the application frame. To revert back to a framed app window just go to menu Window ▸ Separated Mode again. There's no need to reset the app.

Who likes to play with snow? :)
This are the two brushes I made and normally use (light snow and heavy snow) when I want to get that winter look.

You can also check how I made the brushes and how to use them is this tutorial:

    Hope you enjoy them,

    Hi moonbeetle,
    Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Place two nodes (using the Node Tool) in the middle of the line where you want to insert the "gap", then select each one individually and press the Break Curve button in the context toolbar. You can then delete the segment in the middle. You can quickly switch to the Node Tool pressing ⌘ (cmd) while you are using the Pen Tool.

    Hi there,

Is there a tool to resize the document with drag&drop (e.g. Crop tool or canvas handles)?

I'm looking for a simpler, faster way to resize documents in AD without having to go into the Document Setup dialog or opening the document in AP just to use the crop tool.

As a long time Freehand user I been working regularly with the knife tool. As just the update been (1.2) ready today, I am still missing that very important tool. Making workarounds is not a good solution. To me a knife tool is a very basic need, and I guess that there´s more guys around missing that tool same way as I do.

    Nice, day, cheers!
