  1. Agree. In photoshop it just takes one click to align it after a selection. In Affinity (by looking at 4 yt tutorials), you need to do it manually by guessing and approximating and then it's not in 1:1 ratio. And then I need to use PS to do the job properly. EDIT: Apparently there is another tool in Layer > Live Projection > Perspective Projection that does what PS does. (From this tutorial)
  2. Yes, this update is installed for me: C:\WINDOWS\system32>wmic qfe | find "5017262" http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=5017262 x Update KB5017262 NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM 9/28/2022
  3. Affinity photo also just crashes for me when I start to type a font in selection text field. Lost a 5 minutes of work. Doesn't have autosave or backups it seems. I have over 3000 fonts. Windows 10, 64bit.
  4. Photoshop shows a warning*, but Affinity just deletes the layer without saying anything or giving any warning. Affinity isn't intuitive enough, why do people have to come to this forum to ask such simple questions?.... *
  5. Same problem occurred to me, gonna have to use a different software then. @Al S You can do it using Inkscape, where they don't want to 'control people' what they do. It's also free.
