It's literally pennies a month when you amortize it out over the lifetime of the product. People pay $50-$100 for a microwave that has a 6 months warranty, no option to upgrade at a discount and no bug fixes. It seems totally skewed the way people view software compared to other stuff in their lives. WebP export would be a nice edition for us web designers. Thanks for providing a great and alternative product.

Feature Request: Interactive PDF

The best and cheapest option I have found to date is Wondershare PDF Element Pro. They have a lifetime license for $129. However it does a lot more than this and offers a full suit including OCR, compression and digital signature in the Pro version -

OMG that's amazing! Thanks, I did not know about that. 🙂

I'd really like to see an option whereby after you group items you could rick click and "export" or save the group as, without having to create a new document, copy and paste it and then export it. If you work with animation then groups of layers have to be exported as png files. So an eye may have 8 layers that gets exported as a png file. When you then consider fingers, mouths, ears and everything else it becomes a lot of work to create a new file (that fits the layers) copy and paste the layers after grouping them and then export it. It becomes pretty tedious after a while. So an option to export a group with right clicking on the group and then the file is already saved to the size of the group dimension would be a massive time saver.

Hello, I am using Designer for character creation for animation. The structures for animation can be quite complicated to develop characters for programs such as Cartoon Animator 4. I'd really like to be able to print all the layers (groups and pixel layers) in the layers window or panel as a text list that would show the hierarchy from top to bottom. Would this be possible for you to implement please? I have attached an image from CA4 which is rudimentary (regarding the actual groups and layers) compared to the PSD file I have attached that makes up the image which I would like to be able to print out. I know you can save it as a template but there is always a possibility of mistakes or leaving something out without an actual list. If you open the attached PSD then you'll understand why someone would need to have a printed list. This could also be useful for character creation for other programs such as blender etc. Human_Sketch_Front_Full.psd

What file did you import the artwork as please? I am having trouble in Blender 2.8 beta. Whenever I import an SVG file into 2d option I don't see anything... -

Hello, I have MOHO 12 and was hoping to use Affinity Designer to draw objects and then import them into MOHO. When I try to import a file exported from A.D. as a PSD, MOHO will not import it as a multi-layered file as shown in this video using a layered Photoshop PSD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0FsrvfYfew Instead I get this message about the PSD file that I have created and exported in Designer (image attached) I wrote to Smith Micro also and they gave this reply... Moho Pro 13 supports import of PSD Layered Files. This functions seamlessly with Photoshop. I am not sure if there is something specific to Affinity Designer Files that would impact the import. I do know if you change the PSD File created in Photoshop, it will automatically update the Moho Pro 13 Layered files. This function does not extend to other applications that create PSD Files. SVG Files are imported as Vector Line Files that can be modified and altered using the tools in Moho Pro 13 to import multiple Layers of SVG, you need to import each layer as a separate Import. I have tried copying and pasting single layers, that doesn't work. So it seems like a tedious workflow, where I prefer to do the drawing etc in A.D. and import into MOHO. It's pretty much the leading and recommended 2D program for animation in just about every article I have read. It would be great if Serif could speak with Smith Micro and have them add Designer files as an import option (they have perhaps not considered the popularity and growth of A.D.) or figure out what the difference is between one PSD and the other. Any suggestions would be a big help. Thanks Al

I only then have the option to import as a single layer, so have to do it the way in the video. I wrote to Smith Micro also and they gave this reply...
