Would you be able to find the crash reports associated with these crashes please? You need to do the following: Open Windows Run (Windows key + R) Copy + paste the following and press OK: %APPDATA%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\CrashReports\reports Please select the most recent 2 .dmp files from the window that opens and attach them here.

Hi @LeG I have been able to recreate this issue on Windows and macOS with your document and by creating the document from scratch in the Release build. However, I've just tried it in the latest Beta build - 1.9.2.1009 on macOS and Windows and it is no longer present.

Can you tell me if this is file specific or does it happen will all of your files that were created in the previous version? I've been unable to reproduce this issue so far. Could you upload one of the files that you are having the issue with here please?

Hi @migo33 Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I have been unable to recreate this issue on my own iMac and also on my work iMac so there may be some steps I am missing. Does this happen to all Publisher files that were created before 1.9.1 or is this file specific? If it is limited to certain files could you zip them up along with any assets and upload them here for me please? Have the files always been in the same location and the only change is the Publisher version?

Hi @Eizo_wb Welcome to the Affinity forums! As @footeg explained above, you are still using the Panorama process until you have clicked Apply on the right side of the Context Toolbar. Once applied, all of the usual options will become available again.

Could you upload your most recent crash log please? You should be able to find them here: %APPDATA%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\CrashReports\reports

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to find the document. It appears that this issue is an OpenCL acceleration issue that will be fixed in the next beta. In the meantime try disabling OpenCL acceleration. You can find it at: Edit > Preferences > Performance.

No problem @whitewolf7070 I have extended the deadline on the dropbox folder by a week to give you time when you get back.

Hi @pixelschubsen Sorry to hear your are experiencing a crash. I've been unable to reproduce this so could you upload a small video of this happening for me please? When it crashed did you see a crash log?

Hi @DavidHeatherington Sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues. Have you managed to find the file by manually looking for it in Finder? Did you start working on the file in the previous version and finish it on 1.9.1.979?

Hi @Tinka-Lucy Welcome to the Affinity forums! I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with opening / placing jpg files. I have been unable to recreate this issue on my Surface Pro 4. Are you able to open the files using any other app? Have you tried disabling OpenCL acceleration. You can find it in Edit > Preferences > On the Performance tab.
