This will give us a better idea on trying to reproduce the crash. Also what model iPad are you using? Thanks! how do I send the RAW file as it looks like I can only access a small processed jpeg. Staff Gabe Posted October 31, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 31, 2019 We managed to replicate this issue and logged it with our developers. It seems to be isolated to iPads with 3GB ram ( the new Mini and the new Air). We have had something similar when they were first released, but we've fixed the issue.
