I can create a color palette from an image but can I then apply that palette in whole to another image, replacing that image's colors and palette?

You can make a palette from another image and either have the palette be for the whole application or for the document only. you are not able to automatically replace the images colours with those from the new palette.

Hello WillFire, I think you may be able do what you are after using LUTs (Look Up Table)
Olivio Sarikas has a good introduction to using them on his YouTube channel here:
