eobet
I have an .AI file that's exported from Rhino that has content in Illustrator CC, but comes up as empty in Affinity Designer. It has some slightly client sensitive content in it, so I'd prefer not to share it in public. Is there any way I can send it to a developer for testing? Dan C
HiĀ eobet When opening an .ai file in Affinity, we can only read the embedded PDF stream which is saved alongside the file. Unfortunately it sounds as though Rhino doesn't embed this PDF stream, meaning the file won't be compatible with Affinity. I recommend opening the file in Illustrator, then saving the file again ensuring this option is checked in the save settings (it's ON by default). Now try opening this newly saved AI file in Affinity, can you see your documents contents now?
