Brush slow down after upgrading to iPadOS 13

HI, I have just upgraded to iPad Os 13.1 release and now pencil and brush have noticeable lag about 1 cm at fast speed. I have iPad pro-2017.

I notice this when doing very short, quick strokes mostly where I have to wait for the lines to catch up, but once or twice with large soft brushes if I am covering a large area quickly.
