amann729 Posted September 24, 2019 Posted September 24, 2019 Excited that I've finally found an awesome Design software that I don't need to take out small loan for. lol Purchased & have been using Affinity Designer for over a couple yrs now, but I have changed email & Apple ID since then. Now my automatic update is not recognizing me as the purchaser. Need your help please

mac_heibu Posted September 25, 2019 Posted September 25, 2019 If you created a new Apple account, you can‘t access purchases, made with your former account. If you only modified data within your account, all should work fine. If you have created a new account, just log in with your former account, and you can update the apps in question. As Walt already said, Serif can‘t help in this case …
