I bought Affinity Photo, and downloaded it.  But I am having trouble with my computer, and some Apps were deleted, I need to download Affinity Photos again.

Order No can be provided

This will probably happen again before I get the computer completely sorted, but I need to work on photos in the meantime,

If you purchased from the Affinity Store, go to https://affinity.store/account/downloads/

When following the above link, you’ll be redirected to the Downloads & Product Keys page once you’ve signed in.

If you purchased from either the Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store, the purchase is tied to your account and there is no product key. Log in to the relevant store to reinstall the app.

I have paid for and downloaded AD (since November 2016), but when I login under the downloads and keys page, it says I do not have any digital keys, therefore I am unable to download it again. Why is this please?

where did you buy the app? If you don’t have a key, you definitely bought it in the Apple’s or Microsoft’s AppStore, and you can download it there. (In Apple’s AppStore, log in with your account, go to the tab „Purchased“ and re-download the app.)
