HeartsEase Posted July 27, 2019 Share Posted July 27, 2019 I purchased Photo in 2015 and I have always had the app notify me of updates, but I saw that there was a new version available, even though my app says I am up to date with version 1.6.7. I went to the website, and there is no record of my purchase, although my current purchase of Publisher is there. I have a receipt for the purchase made in November of 2015. walt.farrell Posted July 27, 2019 Share Posted July 27, 2019 It sounds like you purchased from the Mac App Store, given the age of the program and the version number. In that case, you would login to the Mac App Store using the same Apple identity you used when you made the purchase, and perform the update from there. There would be no record in the Serif Store of your purchase.
