We have the Photo, Designer & Publisher apps and have a number of documents produced for our sales team. For example a general company flyer; we have created a layer for the name & contact details for each sales person. To export the general sales flyer for a particular sales person we enable the layer with their details and export PDF... easy if it is just one person.

However, if we make a change to the document, say an image or text/content, we then need to export the updated version of the general company flyer for each sales person.
We currently turn the layer on for the next sales person, export, then switching the layer on for next sales person then export .... and so on... This is very time consuming to get through a long list of sales people.

Is there an easier/automatic way to do an export of this document for each sales person without doing it manually by selecting and deselecting layers before export?
Can we set the document up differently and run a macro of some sort?

Thanks in advance

How many are inside this sales team? If not hundreds, I would make a page each person. Create a Master Page where all the graphics and text is and where you do your changes and add so many pages as sales members. The text frames for the names and contact details can be detached from the master. Not really comfortable, but better than switching layers on and off. Maybe someone has a better idea?

Hi CDFWD :)

AFAIK, the only way to achieve this in Affinity currently is through your manual method, or a master page method as Joachim_L described above - although another user may know of a faster/less manual workaround for this. My apologies I can't offer a more elegant solution currently!
