I would like to know how to make low res Fonts look good .. I have looked  into this a good deal and have been unable to find a solution.

It seems that the problem revolves around "anti aliasing" 

The bottom one is PS the above is AP

I would like to get it to look nice like the PS one with no AA

Now to adjust the coverage map which is believe will get rid of the blending..
With the line at the top i get this

Changing the above spacing and so on still leaves it wrong.

With the line at the bottom i get this

Both of which are wrong and lead to things like is...

This is a line of "i" but as you can see they are all inconsistent

Using the Coverage Map is the way to go, but you need the ‘Centre’ configuration shown in the attachment to this post:

 i didn't realize you could make a vertical line in the coverage map.

That fixed it THANKS SO MUCH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
