Sudre Mudre
I recently tried to open my Affinity Beta edition and got a message Beta expired please download new version. Thats fine, but I want to remove the icon from Launch pad and I want to make sure there are no residual programme files on my computer first. How do I go about this, as the usual method of long clicking on the icon to cause them all to jiggle and click on the "X" next to the item does not work as no "X" appears? Thanks, Soren. Staff Leigh Posted June 5, 2015 Staff Share Posted June 5, 2015 It should be possible to drag the icon from Launch Pad into the Trash can? If not, click on the Finder Icon in your dock and press CMD/⌘ + Shift + A to open your Applications folder. You can delete the app from here. Staff MEB Posted June 5, 2015 Staff Share Posted June 5, 2015 Hi Sudre Mudre, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) To uninstall Affinity's app just drag the app from the Applications folder to the Trash. [EDIT] Leigh is typing way too fast.... :o Leigh 1 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
