List style bullet selection is blurry and small

Two issues here. The list bullet selection lets me select a bullet character.

First, all characters are blurry. Not to be compared with the document text content. This can be seen more easily with smaller font sizes.

Second, when I select a larger font size, the font gets larger and the dropdown width increases but it isn't used for the character list. There's lots of empty space at each side.
