Line styles

How can I save a dashed line style, or any line style, for use on another drawing?

Select the line with the style you want to save, go to the Styles panel, click on the Panel Preferences menu on the right and select Add Style from Selection.

 

 

When you want to use the saved line style, select the line and click the relevant saved style from the Styles panel.

Thanks but saving it to a what looks like a 'handle' does not help identify the style. It make sense to have a 'Line' for saving to a line style! Perhaps a developer could take note!

 

Is it worth considering saving to a brush style?

Also Leigh it is very difficult to see a black fine dotted line on a dark grey background.

I agree. I will pass this to our developers.
