Idle CPU load with rectangular marquee (white RGB/8 A4/300 dpi image): Photoshop CS6 (64 bits) - less than 1% (0.8?) GIMP 2.10 (32 bits) - less than 1% (0.5?) Paint NET 4.1.6 (64 bits) - less than 1% (0.5?)
