apt Posted June 3, 2019 Posted June 3, 2019 I've finding it impossible to export slices accurately using the export persona. The slice is not snapping to the art board as expected no matter how I change the snapping option. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Staff Lee D Posted June 5, 2019 Staff Posted June 5, 2019 Can you PM me a link to download your file so I can take a look, it may be that it's not pixel aligned. Quote
apt Posted June 5, 2019 Author Posted June 5, 2019 Thanks for the reply, I will have to send you the document later this evening as not at my device. Is there something that needs to be done for pixel alignment? For your information this doesn’t seem to be an issue during editing JUST in export persona when slicing up. Quote
apt Posted June 6, 2019 Author Posted June 6, 2019 Ok I think I found another post that references the same issue I have: If I'm reading this correct I need to make sure the top-left artboard in my document is aligned correctly WITH Move By Whole Pixels is disabled. There is reference from @Ben on the post that a 'fix/warning' would be implemented in a future version but as of 1.7 this doesn't seem to be in this release. Do we have any update for it? cabyambo Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 One thing I've found is that you have to make sure your artboard's coordinates are on a whole number. So no decimal place in the x and y coordinates for your artboard. If they already are on whole numbers you sometimes have to simply retype the number and hit enter and you'll see it move just a little bit, which will make everything line up in the export persona. This program is great but it's things like this that should just work that detract from it heavily for me :/ But I hope this helps! Quote
