Open Ai file, problem in layer structure

Opening a file created in Illustrator with 2 artboards and 4 levels, opening it in AD, only keeps the two tables but the whole structure of the levels changes.

I think it's a problem ....

AD can’t read the proprietary AI format, so it’s completely dependent on whatever is written out to the PDF stream when you choose the ‘Create PDF Compatible File’ option.
