Email Account not found

Hello Guy's

I'm a happy user of Affinity for a while now and recently I wanted to download your brand new publish software, but somehow my account email is not working.

I recall being your software a year ago or so but I can't find login credentials this is problematic since I wanted not only to use publisher but also buy Affinity Photo? 

 

Is there any chance to get some help here or do I need to create a brand new account?

If you can send an email to affinity@serif.com providing us with the email address you used to set up your Affinity Store account we can look into this for you.

Thanks the problem is That I've bought it via apple App Store, I'll do that.

If you bought from the Apple Store you won't have an Affinity Store account so you'll need to set up a new account.. You can sign up for the beta of Affinity Publisher here
