MickRose Posted April 17, 2019 Share Posted April 17, 2019 At present if the first line indent is different in selected paragraphs, the reading in the paragraph panel shows the first paragraph setting. It would be better if it was blank. This way of working applies to most of the panels I think. The font size in the character panel does show a blank and this is much better I think. I have only checked with Publisher but most of the options are like the first line indent, only the first selected paragraph has the options show through, so to say, to the paragraph studio. Part of the problem is that some of these options are check boxes. The good news is that if more than one paragraph style is selected the name of the Paragraph Style is blank, but the bad news is that this is not reflected in the Text Styles Studio. I would think that the Paragraph Style name there would go blank as well. This has two Paragraphs selected the uppermost (in the text frame) is Basic Paragraph 2.
