Imported bitmap wont move or respond

Hi, any raster images in my file won't move....

I've attached the file, it's pretty big with a few artboards in it.

Any help appreciated.

Hello rnbytler87,

 

for some reasen there is a hidden selection, press CTRL D to deselect and everything on the artboards can be selected.
