Publisher crashes using colour picking tool

Frequently Publisher (version 1.7.0.292) crashes when using the colour picking tool.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select an image in the document

2. select the colour picking tool

3.select the radius (e.g. 65x65)

4. click on the image

5. click on an empty picture frame rectangle

Thanks for letting us know, I've reproduced this (although had to re select the colour picker after step 5)

I'll get it logged!
