making all text frames fit within margins

I made my margins smaller so now I have linked text frames that are outside the margins. Is there a way I can get all the text frames to fit with the margins without going one by one and adjusting the size on each one? Thanks.

And also, is there a similar method to adjust all the images to fit within the margins also?

Are the linked text frames from a master or are they 'Hand-rolled'? If they are on a Master Page you can just adjust them there and the changes will propagate through the document. If they are made on the individual pages then you have to adjust each one, sorry if that is the case.
