Annie2 Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 I am following a tutorial from my printer but it's for Adobe Illustrator. I need to create outlines on text assets, which would be done by clicking 'Type' and selecting 'Create Outlines' in AI. I have tried in vain to find the equivalent in AD. MikeW Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 Layer menu, convert to curves. However, this should only be done on a copy of your file. It would be best if when creating the PDF for the print establishment, to click on the More button in the PDF export dialog, scroll down to where you see the Embed drop down and choosing to Convert to Curves.
