momo Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 (edited) Hello Affinity Team, I think it’s so strange. XIAOYI M1 raw photos are supported on Mac but can’t be displayed on iPad P5272500.DNG Thanks! Fei, Mo Edited March 26, 2019 by momo Quote
DM1 Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 (edited) Hi Momo, The iPad version is limited to Apple’s raw decoder. Checking the attached list you can see your camera is not yet supported by Apple. The Desktop version has the ability to use Serifs raw decoder or Apple’s. Your desktop is probably using the former, not the latter. https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT208967 Edited March 27, 2019 by DM1 Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). One can only assume that those apps do not make use of 'Apples'' raw engine for decoding. It is also possible that the are opening a jpg version of your raw image.
