steveKunkel
DrawPlus has always been my go-to for making images for converting into Windows icons. This works well for larger images, but for 32x32 pix and such, you really need to be able to edit pixel by pixel. I just started using Affinity Designer, and I can already see that it will work better for this than DrawPlusX8 does. I wanted to see though, do any of you guys think that Affinity Photo is the better tool for this? Also, do you guys know if there are any tutorials for creating icons or icon strips? I didn't see any.
Staff Lee D Posted March 22, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 22, 2019 Check out this tutorial, it highlights the use of grids in icon design. Alfred
steveKunkel
Wow! Pretty cool. I didn't even realize Designer could do all that. Thanks Lee!
