Reinstall Win10 store not showing purchase ..

Did you purchase it from the Windows Store, or directly from the Serif Affinity Store?

Wherever you purchased from, you would need to login there using the same identity and password you originally used, and you should find it available to install (Windows Store) or download (Serif Affinity Store).

If you purchased from the Serif Affinity Store, visit https://affinity.store and click on the icon on the upper right that I've highlighted :

Sign in using the same email and password you originally used (not the one for the forums), then click on the icon on the right of that set, and choose My Account under the Store section. Then click on Downloads and Product Keys.

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Run the Microsoft Store app on the computer, make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft ID used to buy the application, search for the application name in the search box input field on the top right of the Microsoft Store app window and go to the respective product page. You should see an Install button there instead of the usual Buy.
