CMYK color change values (video)

Hello,

 

Just noticed a weird behavior.

I select an object, click the color to see its RGB and CMYK values.

Switching from RGB to CMYK shows the values.

Closing the palette and opening it again suddenly shows different values.

It seems changing between any color mode and back to CMYK does this.
