Strange Markings when changing dpi of document

Hi, when changing the dpi from 192 to 300 in document setup, Im getting strange markings of some of my pages like in the attachment

Hi Chic,

Are you referring to the Ellipses on the left? Do you have a copy of the document you could attach before increasing the DPI? It looks like the ellipses are on the Master Page and the stroke width has possibly increased after adjusting the DPI.
