when I create a shape it sometime has the size of something like 54.7px x 44.1px. There is floating point pixel in there. This effect is not desired. I want perfect round number every time, that will be 54px x 44px. Which option I can tick to enable it?

Use the "force pixel allignment" button in the toolbar next to the snappingtools (big red cartoony magnet).

To use this you also have to have snapping enabled.

You don't have to have snapping enabled also. Snap to pixel can be enabled separately.
