nefibach Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 I've been working on a 6,000 word document in Google Docs which is heavily linked. Copying and pasting from GDocs into Publisher has stripped out all of the links. Pasting into Pages and then recopying and pasting into Publisher does the same thing. Pasting into Scrivener or Word and then re-copying and pasting into Publisher keeps the link styling, but still strips out the links. I frequently collaborate on long, heavily linked documents in GDocs, and losing the links is a bit of a dealbreaker for me.
fde101 Posted January 31, 2019 Posted January 31, 2019 Hyperlinks are not currently supported at all in Publisher, pasted in or otherwise. It was mentioned by someone from Serif in one of the numerous other threads on this that there are developers actively working on adding this feature.
nefibach Posted January 31, 2019 Author Posted January 31, 2019 Thanks for the info, fde101. It's a pretty important feature, so I hope they get it sorted soon!
