bgeal Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 I opened resource manager and had a missing linked file. However the locate button was greyed out. On another occasion I had several linked files missing, and this time the locate button was not greyed out. Clicking on the locate button opened a finder window but then the program hung and I had to force quit - I sent a report to Apple for that. It would also be useful if, when Publisher notifies you of a change to a linked file, it gave you the option to update it there and then without having to open the resource manager window.

You would use the Replace to locate the file in the file system and restore the link.
