How to skew a rectangle with move tool in Photo

Recommended Posts

I just watched a demo on using the Move tool in Affinity Photo for desktop. Grabbing a control handle while pressing a certain key allows you to skew a rectangle (or any selected layer). I can’t get the move tool to do this on my iPad Pro (2nd gen) iOS 12.1.1 with the most recent version of AP. I tried one, two, and three finger gestures. This would be much faster than using the perspective function.

There is a way to do this. I just did it on accident.

The move tool on the desktop is much quicker, so I’d hoped it was available on the iPad version.

You need to touch 1 or 2 mm away from side node and slide up or down.
