I’ve noticed that several times now when I’m working in affinity photo, and I attempt to fetch an image from iCloud, the screen will go white. I’ll still be able to see the gray tool, but everything will just be white. The image I was working on in the document disappears and just the whole page is filled up with just a white screen and tools.

This time when I went to export to JPEG, the entire iPad screen turned white, where I could not see the affinity photo app, just a white screen. I was able to exit and see all my other apps, and they all worked fine. However, when I went back into affinity photo it was still the white screen. I am forced to quit affinity photo, in order  to view things normally.

This has happened about five times over the last four days.

Thoughts?

Hi Iambia,

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the iPad app.

If possible could you send me a screen recording of this issue?

Thanks

Callum

It won’t be possible for me to record it given that it happens sporadically. I would be attempting to record on my iPad for 24 hours or more straight. But I can send a screenshot of it the next time it happens.
