Page size for printing frozen at A4

I tried printing on 100 x 150 mm photo paper, but Publisher 4.7.0.192 refused to change the paper size from A4 despite setting it to 100 x 150 mm.

Hi,

I've not been able to reproduce this setting the size via the app using the "Custom" setting.

If this is still an issue for you in the current beta can you let me know the steps you are taking when you change the paper size?

I did the following:

Create a document with Custom size 150 x 100 mm

Go to File -> Print

Select Properties.

Select paper size 4" x 6" 10x15cm

Click OK.

Click OK.

The Print Preview shows a paper size of A4; the Properties aren't saved.

However, the problem went away when I changed printer and the changed back again.

I'm glad it went away after re-selecting the printer. It sounds like it is related to the specific printer/driver you are using as I can't reproduce this following similar steps.

Do you happen to know what printer and print driver version you are on?
