I did the following: Create a document with Custom size 150 x 100 mm Go to File -> Print Select Properties. Select paper size 4" x 6" 10x15cm Click OK. Click OK. The Print Preview shows a paper size of A4; the Properties aren't saved. However, the problem went away when I changed printer and the changed back again.

I tried printing on 100 x 150 mm photo paper, but Publisher 4.7.0.192 refused to change the paper size from A4 despite setting it to 100 x 150 mm.
