Loliz
Please bear with me: I'm a newbie to Affinity AND to photo editing in general. The main reason I got this Affinity was to be able to remove objects from pictures. For some reason I can't get the inpainting brush feature to work. When I select it, and then try to shade the object nothing happens. I am on the Background (Pixel) layer and it still doesn't work. In the drop-down edit menu it is shaded so can't be clicked. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

sbp
Please send a screen shot of your screen! What is the opacity of your inpainting brush?
Staff stokerg Posted December 3, 2018 Staff Share Posted December 3, 2018 Hi Loliz, As @sbp has asked, could you post a screenshot of your Affinity Window, when you've got the inpainting brush selected, that will help work out why it's not working sbp
